Strawberry ice cream without sugar

Profiteroles with chocolate
Ingredients for 20 units
- 250ml of water
- 20gr of HSNfoods coconut oil
- 100gr of whole oatmeal HSNstore
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of pink salt from the himalayas
- A pinch of branch vanilla (optional)
- Caramel syrup HSNfoods
In a pot we put the water, the coconut oil yu a pinch of pink salt from the Himalayas. We boil the mixture over medium heat. Once it is boiling add the flour progressively and beat the mixture until you get a thick mixture. We add the eggs one at a time while mixing until unifying the mixture that has to be with an elastic and shiny texture. Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper, put the mixture in a pastry bag and we are making the profiterole shape on the tray. If you wish, you can varnish them with egg yolk. Finally, bake at 170º for 20 minutes until golden brown.On the one hand they mix the dry ingredients (flour, protein, yeast, cinnamon and vanilla), on the other hand the liquid ingredients (the vegetable drink and the peanut butter), and finally we mix them together. Once mixed everything prepare the molds, distribute the mixture and put it in the oven previously preheated to 180º for about 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool, add the frosting if desired, the caramel syrup and enjoy.
Hamburger with salmon and ham
- 100g of salmon
- 2 slices of serrano ham
- 1 egg white
- HSNfoods barbecue sauce
The first step is to clean the salmon well from thorns and skin and then cut into very small cubes as if it were minced meat. We can use the chopper too.
Then in a bowl beat the egg whites and add the minced salmon and mix well. Then we take the ham and cut it into cubes and add it to the mixture.
It is important to mix everything until a dough is left, we make a ball with it and crush it to give it the shape of a hamburger.
We cooked the hamburger, and we put it in the bread that we like the most. We suggest rye bread or whole wheat bread, a little escarole, a slice of turkey and the HSNfoods barbecue sauce.
