Strawberry ice cream without sugar

 Fitness Recipes

Strawberries have great nutritional properties as well as a high content of vitamins C and E. They are also beneficial given their large portions of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium, and if outside little have a very low caloric value, about 33 calories per 100 grams approximately.

Necessary ingredients

  • Milk
  • Natural yogurt
  • 2 beaten eggs (optional)
  • 10 chopped strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of stevia
  • Chocolate syrup HSNfoods

Elaboration

The first step is to cut the strawberries into small pieces and let them stand in the freezer approximately 1h or until they are completely frozen. The next step is to crush them with the help of a blender or Thermomix until you get a red cream similar to an ice cream.

Once this cream is obtained, we will add a few spoonfuls of unsweetened yogurt and mix it with the help of the blender for about a minute. If necessary, we vary the power of the blender to make mixing easier. While we mix add a spoonful of stevia and then the milk progressively, little by little. We can use any type of milk, even condensed milk.

To give it a more ice-cold consistency, we add two pasteurized beaten eggs, although this step is completely optional.

Finally we leave mix in the freezer until we see that it looks like an ice cream and we can now serve it with a splash of HSNfoods chocolate syrup and toppings at will.

Hamburger with salmon and ham

Fitness Recipes

Ingredients

  • 100g of salmon
  • 2 slices of serrano ham
  • 1 egg white
  • HSNfoods barbecue sauce

Preparation

The first step is to clean the salmon well from thorns and skin and then cut into very small cubes as if it were minced meat. We can use the chopper too.

Then in a bowl beat the egg whites and add the minced salmon and mix well. Then we take the ham and cut it into cubes and add it to the mixture.

It is important to mix everything until a dough is left, we make a ball with it and crush it to give it the shape of a hamburger.

We cooked the hamburger, and we put it in the bread that we like the most. We suggest rye bread or whole wheat bread, a little escarole, a slice of turkey and the HSNfoods barbecue sauce.
