Delicious zucchini noodles

Zucchini noodles have recently become very fashionable, why should it be? Very easy, who does not like pasta? We all like it, but it is full of carbohydrates and if you intend to lose weight, you will not get it. This is the perfect trompe l'oeil because the noodles look like spaghetti, but in reality what you're eating is vegetables, so it's the perfect dish after a long day at work.

In addition, the zucchini brings you many minerals and trace elements that help us in many of our physiological functions, and has a high content of vitamins excellent for the skin, this being the reason why it should not be peeled.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 6 medium-sized fresh mushrooms
  • 4 slices of low-salt turkey breast
  • 3 Tbsp. of cheese whipped 0%
  • Grated cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Pink salt of the Himalayas
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Preparation

  1. Prepare the vegetable:
  • Take the zucchini and, with the help from a normal peeler, make our noodles.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into 4 pieces (better in dice because we manage to keep more flavor).
  • Chop the garlic cloves in small cubes .
  • Put extra virgin olive oil in the pan and brown the garlic over medium heat.
  • Add the zucchini noodles next to the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let the vegetables cook and let all the water come out.
  • Add the sliced ​​turkey breast to small slices.
  • Put the 3 tablespoons of cheese shake 0% with a pinch of salt (if you do not have pink salt from the Himalayas, you can use any other).
  • Stir until the sauce integrates well with the zucchini and turkey, and then put on a plate.
  • Once on the plate, grate some cheese and add oregano.
