Zucchini chips, delicious!

These incredible zucchini chips are so tasty that they seem to be fried, however, they are baked and very crunchy. They are a healthy substitute for French fries, and you can also make them from other vegetables such as pumpkin or eggplant.


  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs


    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs


    • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
    • 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk
    • 2 zucchini (cut into slices)
    • Oil


    1. Preheat the oven to 200º.
    2. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl and beat.
    3. Place the milk in a shallow bowl. and dip the zucchini slices. After this, pass them through the bread crumbs.
    4. Put the coated slices on a baking tray with a little oil underneath so they do not stick.
    5. Bake at 200º for 30 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.

    And now it only remains, Serve and eat immediately!
